Extraction of Droplets for Bioanalysis Based on Superhydrophobic Hole

Abstract Superhydrophobic surfaces, which have the excellent characteristics of self-cleaning, low-adhesion and non-wetting, been widely used in field biochemical analysis by limiting sample loss. In this paper, a method to generate droplets appropriate volume superhydrophobic holes was proposed. First, super-hydrophobic surface with fabricated laser etching low energy modification. Then, possible states were analyzed. addition, effect size hole on studied comprehensively. This generation based has great potential applications step-by-step biological experiments.
